I make a lot of quesadillas now but I've always stuck with a few basic ingredients. I never really thought about experimenting with different kinds of cheeses before. But I will be now. Seafood sounds like a great addition - but not too sure about the octopus. I've never run across fried quesadillas before but they look delicious. I will be trying soon. Thanks for some good Mexican food recipes.

Why get takeout when you can make it fresh at home and know just what's in it. I loved quesadillas when I first tried them at a Mexican restaurant. But now that I can cook them at home with fresh ingredients they are even better. Thanks to creator for this cookbook is fantastic. Thank you and enjoy your meal and enjoy your day.

I gave this cookbook a five star rating because it absolutely deserves it. The recipes sound easy enough and really sound yummy. I'm glad to have this one in the collection.

I am very happy to read this book.Well written by author this great book.I highly recommend this well book.Easy to follow this book.They are not only delicious cheesy and saucy they too are versatile.With our 40 best quesadilla recipes will be surprised at the creativity of our team to transform quesadillas into pizza,cookie,cake or give them a touch of korean,greek or american twist.Most of our recipes require to cook the quesadilla in hot pan hot grill or bake them.

Time to go out and get another toy for my kitchen - the tortilla press! I've always wanted to make my own tortillas and I really like that this book explains the steps clearly. I like a bit of variety and quesadillas are a good substitute to boring old sandwiches for lunch & with so many quesadilla & salsa recipes, I think I'll be making quesadillas for awhile!
